Winkelman en Van Hessen processes your personal data because you use/have used our services and/or because you provided this information to us yourself by issuing business cards during personal contact with our employees, in e-mail, in a job application or by way of registration for a workshop or event organised by our agency (silent permission).

How long do we store personal data?
Winkelman en Van Hessen will not store your personal data any longer than is absolutely necessary to satisfy the requirements for which the information was originally intended. We keep your personal data as long as is necessary to complete the activities specified in this privacy statement, has otherwise been communicated to you or as long as permitted by applicable law.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Winkelman en Van Hessen will not sell your details to third parties other than if necessary to comply with a legal obligation. In some cases, the information can be shared internally. Our employees are legally obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. In the case of companies in our employ that also handle your data (such as ticketing companies), we use a contractual agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality when handling your data while keeping Winkelman en Van Hessen ultimately responsible.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights or if you have any other questions or comments about data handling and processing, please send a specified enquiry to In order to verify that you yourself have sent the enquiry, we request you suppliment your enquiry with a copy of your ID. Please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone – the strip with numbers at the bottom of a passport), passport number and/or social service number (BSN) are made illegible or black on this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Winkelman en Van Hessen will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
